The NHS Barnsley Health Centre has now closed.

If you have not registered with an alternative GP the process is really simple and doesn’t take very long. For continuity of care NHS Barnsley, the local Primary Care Trust, have assigned you and members of your household with a GP practice. You still need to formally register with this new practice by completing a new patient registration form as soon as possible which you can get from your new practice. Your patient notes will transfer automatically.
